Both my family and blog have been copping the brunt of my miserable mood lately. Not pleasant. I've been feeling pretty negative, incredibly frustrated, hopeless and just plain darn yucky.
So, it's time to change. It's time to shake off all the negativity, take a deep breath and start again.
I love being apart of National Invisible Chronic Illness Awareness week, because it's important to know that you aren't alone in your illness, even though it may feel that way at times.
This blog started out of the depths of depression and loneliness, and through it I've found many individuals who I've been able to identify with; people who have been a source of knowledge and encouragement.
I discovered that I am not alone in my experiences and feelings, and I feel so blessed to be apart of such an amazing blogging community who love, support, encourage and provide hope and strength for coping with an ongoing illness.
Got pain? Find hope at invisibleillness.com. You are not alone.
You are never alone.
